We ship our products to all locations within the United States and Canada as well as most international destinations. Depending on the location we use USPS, Canada Post or FedEx. If you require a certain shipping company or shipping method, please include this information on your order notes or send us an email. Additional shipping and handling charges may apply to orders with special requests ie. overnight shipping.
The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this web site pass to you when the product is delivered to the shipping carrier. We do not take responsibility on behalf of any shipping company for lost or stolen packages as once it leaves our facility, it is out of our control. If something happens, we will still assist you with contacting the shipping company, as well as any shipping claims that need to be made on our behalf.
Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of the order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details on duties and customs. The customs and duty value of any order placed with Gladiator Joe Inc. is the price paid for the products, shipping is not included into the value of the package.

PAYMENT & ORDER INFORMATION
Gladiator Joe offers payment methods through PayPal with credit, debit or through your PayPal account.
As a payment gateway we currently use PayPal, which still allows you to pay with any credit or debit card and at the same time offers you a high level of security for your sensitive data.
For business owners who need to include their business GST or VAT number on the invoice, please attach it in the note section during checkout.
Order processing takes 1-2 business days, which does not include shipping time. If an order is placed on a Friday after 12:00pm EST, the order will be processed then shipped the following week unless alternate shipping arrangements have been made with us.
Once processing is complete, you will receive an e-mail confirmation that the order has been shipped, followed by the tracking number for the package.
ORDERS AND RETURNS
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return an order or product that is covered by our Warranty Policy. Please read through our policies below to answer any questions beforehand, however if you have any additional questions, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

- We accept returns on items in new or unused condition with a copy of Invoice included.
- All items upon return are inspected to ensure it meets our warranty.
- Refunds will be issued through PayPal to the same charge method you placed the order with.
- Delivery charges are not refunded, this includes return shipping unless it is determined that there is a manufacturer defect in this case the return shipping concession will be issued.
- If you return a partial order, we will only refund you for the returned items.
Items not covered under warranty
- Items which have been damaged or modified or altered, beyond manufacturer defect
- Items that are obviously used, and do not contain a manufacturer defect
- Special orders made to customer specifications (custom product)
- Products modified as per customer requests (resizing, engravings, etc)
- Items returned after 30 days may not be accepted for return
If you have installed your product according to the product’s instructions and specifications (most available through download on the Gladiator Joe Inc. website under the product’s page) and it fails under normal circumstance, your product is most likely covered by our warranty. You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your product(s), please see the following steps:

- Please repackage your item, and any accessories as well as a copy of your invoice
